Supporting our local community and giving back continues to be a big part of life at Blythe Valley Park.

From volunteering to fundraising for our park charity, were proud to say we’ve been raising money for 4 years for Family Equip, which supports neurodivergent young people and their families in Solihull.

In 2025, we’ve contributed 40 volunteering hours as Frasers Property UK, with our park teams coming together for dedicated volunteering days through CMPP (Community Matters Partnership Project) – a non-profit organisation that connects businesses with meaningful local volunteering opportunities.

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised £564.50 for Family Equip (and counting!) through a mix of fundraising events, creative workshops and on-site pop-ups held throughout the year.

Some of this year’s highlights include:

  • Summer Baskets Workshop and our Summer Party Tombola, where the Family Equip team got the chance to meet the community and help “spin to win”.
  • Multiple pop-up shops each donating 10% of their sales to support the charity.

And we’re not done yet! Still to come are our Christmas Wreath Making sessions and the Christmas Party, which are always so popular, helping us reach our final total for the year.

These moments not only raise essential funds but also strengthen the sense of connection across the park in our aim to support the values of our community, who like us are committed to making a difference.
