Foodie Friday returns on Friday 19th July for a tropical themed summer party! Join us from 12 – 2pm on the lawn outside Virgin Active for street food, summer games and a steel drum band (with the chance to play the steel drums yourself too!).

There will be 88 coloured cocktail umbrellas hidden around the BVP Lawn – find one, and you are entitled to a FREE meal at one of our fabulous street food traders! Each coloured cocktail umbrella represents a different street food trader, see T’s and C’s below. We also have delicious chocolate brownies available to buy provided by Chocolate Treats!
More free food and prizes can be won in our ‘summer themed’ competition in support of Dreams Come True, the Blythe Valley Park charity for 2019.

T’s & C’s for Foodie Friday Cocktail Umbrella competition:
- Only one umbrella can be redeemed per person
- One person cannot redeem multiple free meals
- You must redeem your meal from the vendor that is linked with the coloured umbrella that you find as per the list below
- Free meals can only be redeemed at the event at Blythe Valley Park on Friday 19th July 2019
- There is no cash alternative available
- Each umbrella entitles you to a meal only, any additions of drinks or sides will need to be paid for by the customer
- There are 88 free meals available altogether that are split out across all of our traders listed below
Cocktail Umbrella colours are:
Blue Umbrellas = West Midlands Jerk Centre (22 free meals available)
Green Umbrellas = Mister V (22 free meals available)
Orange Umbrellas = Dumpling King (22 free meals available)
Yellow Umbrellas = Trader of your choice (22 free meals available)
T’s & C’s for Foodie Friday ‘Tropic Test’ competition:
1. You only have 30 seconds to count / guess the number
2. You must guess the combined number of flamingos and pineapples
3. You must write down your guess on the sheet provided
4. £1 per guess – feel free to have more than one go as we’re raising money for Dreams Come True
5. The winner will be announced via email on Friday 26th July at 12pm.
6. In order to entered into the competition you must provide your name, company and email address so that we can contact you.
7. Your email address will not be used by any third parties, and will only be used to contact the winner.
