Roz Kings, from ‘Present Mind’, is returning to Blythe Valley Park host a series of 5 free to attend mindfulness sessions. Roz will lead you through different mindfulness techniques in her sessions with the aim to make you feel more focused and relaxed. Mindfulness is a simple form of meditation used to bring one’s awareness to the present moment. The technique is used to wake up out of autopilot and ‘take the steering wheel’ of our attention again.

No experience is required for these sessions and you can attend as many or few as you like. The sessions will take place every Thursday from 27th September to 25th October from 12.30pm – 1.15pm. Roz will be introducing a new theme each week so that anyone can attend at any time. There are only 20 spaces available for each session, so sign up quickly by emailing emily.coombs@improperties.co.uk with the name and date of the session(s) you’d like to attend.
