Thanks to everyone who turned out for our biodiversity walk led by Whitings Landscapes, who look after our country park.
We enjoyed a sunny stroll along our network of cycle paths and walkways, greeted by our resident swans and their six signets.
Whitings Landscape talked to us about how they create rich habitats for wildlife from bug hotels to bat boxes and in the summer let grassy areas grow to attract a wild array of insects and butterflies.
We will continue to run these walks to experience the country park through the seasons. Watch out for further details posted on the website or the new Park In your Pocket app – pip!
