Julia will be teaching Tai Chi Qigong which is a very gentle form of Tai Chi, almost a moving meditation. Tai Chi can help to alleviate feelings of tiredness, stress and instead help people to feel more relaxed and re-energised.
You don’t need to wear any special clothing for the session, just loose comfortable clothes and flat soft soled shoes or just socks. You don’t need to lie down and the session can be carried out standing or seated.
