Mindful Walking

In our last #WellnessAtWork piece for Mental Health Awareness Week earlier this month, we reported on the benefits that connecting with nature can have on our mental health and wellbeing. Notably The Mental Health Foundation found in their research on the mental health impacts of the pandemic, that going for walks outside was a top coping strategy, as 45% of those surveyed reported that being in green spaces had been vital for their mental health.

BVP Travel Update – Swift Ticket Machine

Blythe Valley Park is served by over 50 buses a day and has continued to be well connected throughout the COVID-19 pandemic for those that live and work on site.

As part of our commitment to sustainability we actively promote safe, sustainable travel, and as lockdown measures begin to ease and people begin to make their return to the office, it is important that this is achieved wherever possible, and COVID safely.
