Exciting news! As tenants of Blythe Valley Park you are getting an exclusive first peek at the brand new Java Lounge Cafe on site…and even better…Java Lounge are giving you a free regular hot drink as an introduction to the great service and drinks that they offer.
The soft opening will be starting on Monday 6th March through until Friday 10th March (9am – 5pm each day) BUT please click read more to see your allocated time slot to ensure you attend at the right time. If possible, please present an ID badge with your company name on when attending the cafe.
Blythe Valley Park owners, IM Properties, have teamed up with Marie Curie’s West Midlands Hospice in Solihull to help fundraise for the charity during 2017.
With the aim of initially raising £7,321, which is the amount needed to keep the hospice running for 24 hours, IM Properties are planning a series of initiatives at the business park at junction 4 of the M42, to encourage occupiers to lend support. Read More

The planning application for a brand new café with the capacity for 50 covers has now been approved following submission in March 2016. The brand new amenity will be coming to Cornwall Plaza, where previous Foodie Friday Events have been held, opposite the Arup building. Work will be starting on site in Summer 2016….watch this space!
Like singing? Then why don’t you join the fantastic Blythe Valley Park Choir! A weekly singing group ran by Anya Small of the Solihull Pop Chorus for any occupier with a passion for singing – the choir are looking for new members of any ability, so whether you are a regular singer or want to try something new this is for you 🙂

IM Properties and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council share a vision of creating a vibrant and sustainable environment which builds on the existing established business park and grows this into a new sustainable mixed use community for Solihull. The planning application for the creation of 750 homes at Blythe Valley Park was submitted for approval on the 31st March 2016.

Blythe welcomes a brand new tenant to the park this week. Harman are a supplier of connected car, automotive audio products and connected services and have taken up 3424 sq ft in the Rhodium Building at Blythe Valley Park.
Work is underway on a £5million refurbishment and rebrand of the largest office building at IM Properties’ Blythe Valley Park. A phased programme of work is now underway at One Central Boulevard, formerly known as the Phoenix Building.
