IM Properties (IMP) is building on the success at Blythe Valley Park (BVP), delivering the largest stand-alone Grade A office building currently available on the M42.
IM Properties (IMP) has submitted a reserved matters planning application for a new 15,500 sq ft, Grade A office building, at Blythe Valley Park (BVP).
Having successfully let its FIRST spec built office building to Solihull based accountants, Jerroms in September of last year, IMP is now pushing ahead with its proposal for a second self-contained, headquarters quality office scheme.
If planning is granted, the new offices could be ready for occupation in the autumn of 2020 and will focus on delivering a sustainable, ‘best in class’ specification, targeting an EPC A rating with employee wellbeing top of the agenda.
Zenith are once again supporting the fantastic Easter Egg Appeal for the Barnardo’s charity. Barnardo’s are always overwhelmed by your kind generosity each year and enjoy seeing the faces of the young people when they are given their egg. Last year Barnardo’s received 160 Easter Eggs from Zenith with the support of their OCB neighbours and tenants on the park.
Zenith are asking you to either bring in your Easter eggs or simply give a minimum contribution of £1.00, so that the CSR committee can order the Easter eggs on your behalf.
Barnardo’s are an organisation who protect, support and nurture the UK’s most vulnerable children. They have helped hundreds of thousands of children, young people, parents and carers via their 1,000+ services across the UK. If you would like to support this appeal, please pass you egg donations or money donation to a member of Zenith’s CSR Committee, or John and Keith from the Park Security team (who will be collecting the eggs from around the Park) by Friday 12th of April so that they can be delivered to homes in time for Easter.
As part of our Wellness At Work campaign, we looked into the benefits of walking meetings back in 2017. We provided you with 6 walking routes around Blythe Valley Park – three 30 minute walks and three 1 hour walks, to encourage you to take your meetings outside! We have recently updated those walking routes, which can be downloaded directly from this bulletin post.

One of the world’s leading global technology companies is relocating its existing Shirley based workforce to IM Properties’ (IMP) Blythe Valley Business Park (BVP), junction 4, M42. IM Properties has sold a nine acre plot to ZF for the company to develop a purpose built regional technical centre and office building, bringing current staff under one roof, from its current campus of four buildings in Shirley.
We are pleased to announce that a new bus service has been set up to serve Blythe Valley Park and surrounding villages by Transport for West Midlands, commencing from this Sunday 24th February. The service will be operated by Landflight.
The new bus route, known as A7 / A8, is a seven day a week service running from 6am through to 10pm during weekdays, that will provide bus travel to and from Blythe Valley Park throughout the day. Copies of the timetable, route map and pricing structure are available on the ‘location’ section on the website.
Please note that this is a public service, where customers will need to pay for their journeys. Whilst the new service settles, we will be continuing to run the Blythe Valley Park subsidised service to and from Solihull Station in the morning and evening peaks until those working at the Park get used to the new service. In addition, the bus route to Birmingham International Station will continue to run in the morning and evenings.
Taylor Wimpey has taken the last of the remaining space at IM Properties’ (IMP) One Central Boulevard at Blythe Valley Park (BVP).
Now fully occupied, Taylor Wimpey’s new 9,393 sq ft training facility opening Q1 next year, completes the occupancy of 113, 914 sq ft of space, in what is the largest multi-let office building on the M42.

Gymshark, one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness apparel brands, has taken more space at IM Properties’ (IMP) Blythe Valley Park (BVP). Last year, Gymshark chose the park as its location for their global GSHQ, relocating from Redditch and taking 42,000 sq ft of Grade A space on a 10-year lease.
Now the online fitness apparel retailer has signed up to IMP’s award winning Connexion campus of five high specification industrial & logistic units, taking 31,000 sq ft.
Only recently completed, the Connexion scheme has already won a prestigious industry award for Best Overall Scheme – Multi-Let Estate from the Industrial Agents Society.

GKN Aerospace has signed up for 11,450 sq ft at One Central Boulevard (OCB), which has attracted a variety of quality occupiers since its £5 million refurbishment, which was completed in 2017.
IM Properties’ new speculatively built FIRST offices at Blythe Valley Park (BVP), junction 4, M42, are to be the new HQ of Solihull based accountants and business advisers, Jerroms.
Currently employing close to 100 people, with a view to increasing its size by 50 per cent in the next three years, the new 15,000 sq ft offices, which are the first speculative offices to be built on the M42 for a decade, will provide room to grow and a statement building to reflect Jerroms’ corporate ambitions.

Roz Kings, from ‘Present Mind’, is returning to Blythe Valley Park host a series of 5 free to attend mindfulness sessions. Roz will lead you through different mindfulness techniques in her sessions with the aim to make you feel more focused and relaxed. Mindfulness is a simple form of meditation used to bring one’s awareness to the present moment. The technique is used to wake up out of autopilot and ‘take the steering wheel’ of our attention again.
No experience is required for these sessions and you can attend as many or few as you like. The sessions will take place every Thursday from 27th September to 25th October from 12.30pm – 1.15pm. Roz will be introducing a new theme each week so that anyone can attend at any time. Works are starting on the phase two residential land at Blythe Valley Park. This exciting news means that there will be some parts of the park and country park that are off limits. Please note that all phase two development land is now not accessible to occupiers or country park visitors until further notice.
We also have some upcoming footpath closures in parts of the country park – these closures will be started during August and will last until November 2018. Please see the attached map which highlights the country park closures

The first phase of homes at a major mixed-use development near Solihull has been given the go-ahead.
Bloor Homes has been granted detailed planning permission to build 170 new homes at IM Properties’ Blythe Valley Park (BVP), close to Junction 4 of the M42. To coincide with archaeological works taking place on site there will be some footpath closures this week commencing 23rd July (please look out for associated signs) and further closures will apply when infrastructure works start next week Monday 30th July. IM Properties (IMP) is pushing forward with delivering much-needed homes for young people and families in Solihull, announcing the second signing at its Blythe Valley Park (BVP) development, with award-winning housebuilder, Crest Nicholson Midlands.
Crest Nicholson will work with IMP to deliver 125 contemporary new homes, 31 of which will be affordable, including apartments, and three and four bedroom properties.
A hi-tech global automotive engineering group has signed up to a 15 year lease at IM Properties’ (IMP) new Connexion campus at Blythe Valley Park (BVP), to manufacture a new hybrid transmission system.
Connexion is a £26m speculative development directly off junction 4 of the M42 offering five high-spec units from 31,000 sq ft to 56,500 sq ft.
Hofer powertrain products, set up by hofer powertrain in Leamington and a joint venture with German company, ElringKlinger, will establish their advanced engineering facility at the 47,000 sq ft hi-spec unit and employ up to 50 people.
On Saturday 7th April Gymshark revealed their brand new GSHQ (previously Trigen House) in a private launch event with family, friends and business associates. The 150 strong team are now moved into their new home at Blythe Valley Park and we look forward to seeing where the business goes next!

IMP asset director, Rob Hemus, says the company has taken 10,633 sq ft of new office space at One Central Boulevard (OCB) on BVP, which recently underwent a £5m refurbishment.
IM Properties (IMP) has signed up Bloor Homes to deliver 170 new homes on its Blythe Valley Park (BVP) scheme near Junction 4 of the M42.
A reserved matters application will now be submitted detailing plans for the development, which represents the first phase of 750 homes granted outline consent in 2017.
IMP and Bloor Homes have worked closely with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council in preparing their detailed plans for the proposed development.

IM Properties has completed a 15,237 sq ft prelet for Warwickshire based automotive retailer Rybrook Holdings, the first part of 260,000 sq ft of office and commercial space to be delivered at Blythe Valley Park (BVP) this year.
Rybrook Holdings, which is one of the largest privately owned premium franchise car retailer groups in the UK, will use the building as a hi-tech aftersales and preparation centre for its Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Birmingham, McLaren Birmingham and Rybrook Specialist Used Car sales centres which are located in Hockley Heath, Solihull.
One Central Boulevard will once again be hosting a jewellery sale with Fairytale Design jewellery on Wednesday 28th Feb from 10.30am – 2.30pm. There will be lots of lovely pieces that will make ideal Mother`s Day gifts or presents for your loved ones!
10% of the proceeds from the sales will go towards our Marie Curie fundraising so please dig deep!

Please note that as from 0700 hours on Thursday 8th February 2018 the existing parking facility on the front of the temporary car park on Plot E2 will switch across to the newly constructed rear car park to enable the remainder of the car park works to be completed.
There will be signage in place directing cars to the new parking area, but to further assist please see the attached plan.
As there will be continued movement of construction vehicles within the car par entrance & access please can pedestrians use the newly created walkways when exiting or accessing the car park and avoid the main vehicular access wherever possible. Pedestrian access points are marked up with yellow circles on the attached drawing.
It is anticipated that the permanent car park will be fully complete at the end of March and will provide parking for both permit holders and a pay and display facility. We will update you further in due course.

IM Properties (IMP) has secured a further tenant on its M42 scheme, Blythe Valley Park (BVP) Solihull, to business software design house, Configit.
Configit is the world leader in Configuration Lifecycle Management and has signed up for 9,500 sq ft for five years in the Rhodium building.
The deal follows hot on the heels of a further 2,000 sq ft being taken in Cornwall House by a leading independent exploration and production specialist operating in the natural gas and liquids sectors.
